A fresh start - NEW ACCOUNT
Hello!
Been a while since I checked in, and when I did I promised to update more... But I didn't, so that's life.
Anyhow. I have thought about it today and I think I want to start over with Deviantart. I'm moving back to the countryside and my parents this summer for work, and will have plenty of time and space to pick up the camera seriously again. School should settle down this autumn too.
First I thought I should just keep doing it with this account, but on second thought it would feel better to start anew. There are some old photos here that I today am not as happy with as I was when I posted them. So, instead of deleting them one by o

Okay this is actually not very new news. I did it two weeks ago, so it is almost fully healed. But still! Did not at all hurt as much as I thought and I am SO happy. And don't give me that bullshit that I am young and will regret it because this is something that I have thought about since I was 14 and it means a lot to me, and always will.

Opinions on framed portraits? (photos)
As you know I'm having an exhibition this autumn (ahhhh getting close!!! stress!!!) and the theme is people, so naturally there are going to be some portraits. I am going to have a "portfolio" with paper pictures in a cute flip-thingy so people can see most of the pictures but I also want some of them big.
I took a portrait today that I am really happy with and I would like to really show it off, but what is your opinion on framed (is it even called that?) portraits that are photographs?
I have actually never really seen one that is very big, but in my mind I think that it will look silly, or maybe it does'nt. Or maybe it does. ahhhh I don'
Back in business
Two new deviations up and there is more waiting!
So the theme for my autumn exhibition is humans. Portraits, hands, feet, anything really. Therefore there will not be much of nature pictures here for some time, since I have my focus elsewhere. I will of course have time to photograph some of that as well, but not as much as before.
Anyway it feels really good because I only have experimented with portraits up until now and now I'm going to take it really seriously. Feels good to learn something new as I was starting to feel like nature pictures were getting kinda old, but now when I can have some variety...
